We are making a limited number of office appointments available for tenants.

NEW TELEPHONE SYSTEM
WFHA have upgraded our telephone system and the way we answer your phone calls has changed.
The new phone system will be more efficient for you and us. You now have the option to get through to the department you want to speak to. By taking you directly to the right person, we aim to give you the assistance you need much more quickly. You should still phone us on 020 8524 6987, and select press an option as follows:
- Option 1 – Repairs, Asset Management and Development
- Option 2 – Housing Management
- Option 3 – Finance
- Option 4 – Governance
- Option 0 – All other enquiries

EMERGENCY REPAIRS OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS
Please only use these numbers for genuine emergencies. Some examples of genuine emergencies are listed here.
Please call 020 8524 2822 to report an emergency repair or, if you need advice on general repairs.
If your emergency repair relates to your gas central heating or boiler, please call Swale Heating on 01795 503365.
WFHA sheltered tenants can should call the appropriate telephone numbers above, or report, their emergency repair by using their community alarm system.
