Important Information – office closure – staff training

WFHA will be closed on Wednesday 10th June and Thursday 11th June for staff training.

If you have an emergency repair, and are a WFHA tenant please call Pinnacle PSG. They can be contacted on our out of hours emergency telephone number 020 8524 2822.

If you are a tenant of Millennium House please call L&Q on 08000 156536.

If you are a sheltered tenant and you have an emergency that is not repair related you can use your community alarm system.

Please note an emergency is a repair that is causing danger to a tenant and/or property and cannot wait until the office re-opens.

For all gas related emergencies please call Robert Heath directly on 0800 077 6270 or 020 8336 6767.

The office will re-open for business on Friday 12th June 2015 at 9:00am and any message left on our answer phone will be dealt with on Friday morning.
