Out of Hours
WFHA provides an out of hours support service via a community alarm system, which is monitored by a control centre.
Each flat has a module and a pendant (if required) is issued at the start of the tenancy, which should be activated in the
event of an emergency. A member of the control centre staff will then assist you.
Housing Pro- Active
WFHA offer a Support Services that lets us know that you are OK. It is called Housing-Proactive.
How does this work?
You will have a phone in your home with a button that you simply have to press each day. This will tell us that your are OK. If you don’t press this button, you will get a phone call to check if your are OK, and if you do not respond, your next of kin will be contacted.
