Senior Sheltered Housing Officer – Full Time 35 hours
The Senior Sheltered Housing Officer will be responsible for the line management of three Sheltered Housing Officers ensuring that all operational aspects of the service runs effectively and efficiently. The Senior Sheltered Housing Officer will work closely with staff and tenants, to provide a friendly, welcoming, and secure environment, and will co-ordinate the provision of housing management and support services. This will include a small case load of vulnerable tenants.
The post holder will oversee the Supporting People returns any relevant external accreditations; facilitation and delivery of all health and well- being activities. They will participate in providing an out of hours emergency service (including outside normal working hours) on a rota basis. The post holder will be an essential car user and so use of a car and a clean driving license are essential.
Salary: £25,466.00 per annum (pay award pending), which includes Essential Car User Allowance – £1,035 per annum.
Annual Leave: 20 days, increasing to 25 days after one year’s service, plus bank holidays and additional leave between Christmas and New Year.
