When will my repair be completed?
Depending on the type of repair the following timescales will apply:
Emergency repairs – 1 day
Urgent repairs – 7 days
Routine repairs – 28 days
If WFHA is not your landlord please check with your Sheltered Housing Officer, your communal notice board or your landlord’s website.
Our repairs service operates from 9am Monday to 5pm Friday – we do not carry out repairs in the evenings or weekends.

If they need to attend they will make safe the situation and you must contact us immediately once our office re-opens so we can attend to carry out the repair.
