No we are Waltham Forest Housing Association (WFHA). The Borough’s Housing department are separate from us and we can not connect you to them. You need to call 020 8496 3000.
Can you sort out my Benefits?
We can only help you if you are a WFHA tenant.
Do you have a Waiting List for housing?
Yes we do but only for people over the age of 55 requiring Sheltered Housing. Please refer to Finding a Home.
Where are your properties?
Our properties are all based in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
What is a Stop Tap?
You should be able to test the stop tap to ensure it turns your water supply on and off? If it’s stuck or you have any problems, please contact repairs.
