After 18 Months of assessment, WFHA gained accreditation for their Floating Support Sheltered Services by the Centre for Housing and Support.
The Centre have been providing accreditation for excellence in the form of a Code of Practice for Support Services for the past 20 years.
On the 5th June Hayley Mulhall, Director of Housing and Support and Cheryl Whittle, Support Services Manager attended the CHS National Congress in Stratford upon Avon. The congress was held over two days and included workshops and guest speakers, on the evening of the 5th June WFHA was officially awarded their accreditation.
Staff and one of our tenants Jackie Ginger worked extremely hard during these 18 months and we would like to acknowledge their contribution and achievement in this accreditation.
Well done!
