Important changes in the way we plan to use your information

From 1st April, 2014 we will be recording all incoming telephone calls for training and quality assurance purposes.

For tenants who have supplied us with mobile numbers we will also in the very near future be using them to keep you updated by text message about any planned repair work or other general pieces of information .

Please also let us know of any changes to your mobile number. If you do not want us to use your mobile number in this way, please let us know.
